Nathan Juriansz has recently graduated from the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music and is a regular performer in Melbourne. In 2016 he performed the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto with the U3A Orchestra Hawthorn. He also performs with the Melbourne Baroque Orchestra, Royal Melbourne Philharmonic and Melbourne Opera.
Nathan's passion for chamber music and new music has led to many new collaborations. As a member of the Daphnis Trio he performed at The Arts Centre in 2016, premiering 5 new works of emerging composers in association with the Chroma Collective. He also regularly plays with Ensemble Con Fuoco, who commission new works from emerging composers and have been featured on 3MBS, including a live-to-air performance of The Marshmallow Suite by Claire Missingham.
Nathan enjoys collaborating with many artists from diverse backgrounds including rappers from Outer Urban Projects and with interactive composition and ballet dancers. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his bunnies, as well as travelling and watching Netflix.
