A journey through the dark, to what lies beyond. Delve into humanity’s relationship with the dark and the hope that light brings.
Ensemble Goldentree is pared back in this program of uncommon pairings, exploring the time, space and silence that exists between us. Immerse yourself in these private conversations and challenge your perceptions of what chamber music can be and what darkness represents.
Including music by contemporary Australian and American composers and rarely heard from gems from Vaughan Williams and John Taverner alongside words and reflections on dark matter.
